AGHCA has a 501(c)(3) tax status and, accordingly, contributions to AGHCA are deductible for income tax purposes to the extent permitted under applicable law. Contributions may be mailed to AGHCA, P.O.Box 494, Chilmark, MA 02535. Or, if you prefer, you can make contributions by credit card by providing us (by writing to the same address) with your VISA, Mastercard or American Express details (account number, expiration date, full name on the account, full billing address and amount of contribution). In all cases, please provide us with your mailing address (so we can send you a receipt thank you letter for your tax files) and your email address (so we can keep you informed about on-going events and issues in Aquinnah).
You may print out this form and use it to include your information, then mail it with your check or credit card information.
